Poor service and the sales support team is not so helpful

I have placed an order on the 3rd of January for fibre product, till today I haven't received anything. I have to keep on calling MWeb to get status on my order. Their online tracking system does not reflect the true status. I even pleaded and begged for them to have it ready for today as I had an online exam but nothing.
