POOR SERVICE AND SUPPORT

NO SERVICE AT ALL!!! I want to move my Fibre line that was installed with a matter of meters. I have done all the work, The line just needs to be pulled into the newly laid conduit, with a draw wire already fitted. Do you think MWEB can/will or try to help? A week of trying to get assistance, on the website the chat and telephone calls, there is absolutely no service at all! tomorrow the builders are here so now the situation will get worse. I am so frustrated such poor service and support!! BEST IS TO CLSOE ALL BRANCHES, ALL CALL CENTRES, SWITCH OFF THE LIGHTS AND GO HOM! YOU ARE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT WORK ANY WAY!!! ALL 970 OF YOU!!~!
