Poor service and pathetic attitude from agents

I paid a fee of R149.00 as i have taken out fibre with vumatel they then selected mweb to be my service provider now with all the emails mweb says vumatel needs to pay me vumatel told me mweb should refund me from the 22nd of nov no response back after sending another email so who does really give me a refund because both the agents are confused and not well trained because they dont know the actual story i just need a refund weda its vumatel or mweb its between yourl i paid the money so i wnt it back thats it
