Poor service and overkill on verification

I have never been asked to verify myself as much as mweb asks. Not even the bank asks me to confirm who I am as much as mweb does, even when they call me, I have to give all my information out. One time pins and then you still need to verify your mobile number, email address, physical address, ID number, full name Come on guys, you're being ridiculous Been with you for 2 weeks now and I'm already regretting signing up with you. #TimeToCancel
