POOR SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

I placed my order 19 May 2025 and allowed a debit order to take R249 from my account. It is a bad experience trying to follow up and get hold of this people. When you follow up on the order on the track my order portal, this is what I see: Order placed with courier Estimated completion: 28/05 Your hardware will be delivered to your indicated delivery address within 7 to 10 days from order. Look out for couriers to take delivery.

Now it is 5 June 2025 and NOBODY tried to contact me to get hold of me to deliver this hardware!! NOT even 1 call from them.

There is NO email to contact them and the number only work between 8 and 6 at evening. We are all working and can ONLY call after hours. NO service after hours. Pathetic!!
