Poor service and line speeds.

I am very unsatisfied with the service we are getting from mweb, I have no reported and called in to mweb about the same problem what feels like a 100 times.

Being charged for a product and getting less then half the value of your package s unacceptable and ********. No effort is done to resove the problem and the problem gets avoided by the same bull story every time.

Whe I pay for a service I am expecting to get this value, not half the value.

If mweb and vuma can't handle the linespeeds don't charge us for it.

Internet is not only for recreation anymore!!!!!
