Poor service and internet connection issues

I ordered an LTE Router on the 12th of December 2025 and it arrived on the 18th of December 2025. The same day it came by, it had internet connection issues. MWEB was contacted and they did nothing. Everyday I’m having problems with this router and still MWEB isn’t responding. Their service is very poor and slow. Their agent Nathaniel takes time to respond and doesn’t have any solutions on resolving this issue
