Poor Service, and I'm still billed without services 😢 why?

Not Happy with the service, it's been over 3 months, my account is still being billed, while I still don't have access to my fiber internet 😢. Poor in service, I'm been made to wait on the phone call for over 30 minutes and still find no Joy.
