Poor service and false advertising

I pay for 1gb/s line. I get nothing more than 100mb/s on a good day. It's been like this since their "so called instillation"

I've spent more than R500 on Airtime (only been with them for 2 months) to phone their call center who don't want to send anyone out to check in person. Instead they inform you it will be at your own cost.

They clearly cannot provide the service they advertise!
