Poor Service

I am struggling to work from home because of mweb poor service, its been a week now without internet and I called many times trying to resolve the issue but until today I am without internet my router is flashing red I had followed all their instruction but still it was not fixed and they promised to escalate to a specialist but since last week no one called am still without internet.
