Poor service

For 4 days my internet is on and off and sometimes there is nothing. I reported it to you 4 days ago. No response. When I call the technical support number it asks for and ID and then a pin - the pin never reaches me - it doesn't matter what I do and what option I try. Your support stinks. You do your best to get rid of people so that you don't have to deal with them. Disgusting.
