Poor Service

I paid for MWEB services on Thursday, I was called and an appointment for installation was booked for Friday at 3pm.When I got home on Friday before 2pm installation was already done. I wanted the installation to be done in my bedroom however it was done in the dining room. I liaised with the consultant who was assisting with the sale on Friday as the technician had already left the house, he told me that I will receive an activation SMS within 24hrs. 72hrs later no SMS received and the installation is done in an incorrect room. I regret signing up, please send someone to re-install in the correct room and activate my service as I have already paid.
