Hi David, we can see how frustrating this has been for you, waiting two weeks after receiving your router and still having no connectivity, while also spending long periods trying to reach support without getting a clear resolution. That kind of experience, especially when you’re new to the service, is understandably disappointing. What you’re describing suggests the service may not be correctly active on the line yet, which is why standard troubleshooting like checking for signal won’t resolve it on its own. Before anything else, the key step is to ensure the connection is properly live on the network side so the router can actually pick up service. To move this forward without further delays, please restart the router once more by switching it off, leaving it powered down for about 10 minutes, then turning it back on and allowing it a full 5–10 minutes to reconnect. While it boots up, check that all cables are firmly connected and the power and internet lights stabilise. If there is still no connection after this, the next step will be for us to run a full line status check to confirm exactly where the activation is failing so it can be corrected. We understand you’ve already waited long enough, and the focus now is getting you properly online rather than repeating the same checks without progress.Kind regards,
 The Mweb Team

Hi David, thank you for your continued patience and for providing the detailed update. We understand the frustration caused by the ongoing connectivity issues, especially with no devices detecting the WiFi signal and after multiple troubleshooting attempts. We also note the feedback regarding the dropped call and the confirmation from Evotel that the line is in order. An escalation has been logged with our technical team under reference MWB***0 for urgent investigation. The team will review the case in detail to determine the root cause, including potential router-related faults, and will work towards resolving this as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience while this is being addressed and will ensure the matter is followed up accordingly. Kind regards,
 Mweb Support Team
