Poor Service

Since the notice of MWEB cancelling the Cell C, the have been trying to get someone to help me to explain what and why, offer news products and just get some information other than an email that explains nothing.

I was promised someone would call me several times and nothing, FOR A WHOLE MONTH! Its now time to coming to an end and nothing.
