Poor service

I have been calling Mweb to assist me as I moved house! Every time I get transferred to a new department after I have sent a couple of emails! they agents have now idea what they are doing. I have been on the phone for 30 minutes today, the agent said they will call me back with feedback. Lets see if that is going to happen!
