Poor service

Is been the 4th day without intranet connection in Lombardy east, they only sent one of their helpful technician last night after hours who is not even aware of the area or the infustracture of the area, as there was only one technician on standby. But the issue is still not yet resolved, I hope for the past 4 days MWEB and Metro Fibre will credit us for this day. Please fix our intranet connection immediately.
