poor service

i signed up with mweb fiber in the beginning of February 2022 i was told that they will arrange for the installation as soon as the infrastructure is rolled out in my are, this was done around march and my installation was done on the 21/4/22 and i was told that it will be activated in 2 days time of which its almost a week now and nothing is working still i had since tried contacting the support Centre but they keep transferring me from one person to another i now don't know when it will be active or when will someone contact me but this is really unacceptable I'm even thinking of cancelling the whole thing.
