Poor service.

I don't know if the people at mweb want to work, I just received a message stating my account was not billed and may be suspended after sending them proof of bank confirmation letter. email Scott Ross and he said he'd send to relevant department to update. Now I received an incorrect email address as well as I requested the correct department, my hands are now tied - can someone assist me as this is a very simple matter.
