Poor Service

MWEB offer Kaspersky as an option on their suite of products for their customers, so I let my current software protection expire in anticipation of seamlessly switching to Kaspersky - however, that was not to be - my computer is now without protection, and despite attempting to contact Mweb through their Facebook presence and through the queries facility through my account - all I get is that someone will contact me in 24 hours - for 3 days, I have heard nothing!!
