Poor service

We have installed fibre from Mweb in April. Since the installation we only had issues. They even deducted money from my account before we even had the router supp**** by them. We were bille for a portiob of april but the fibre never worked. Currently we are struggling to get the fibre to work and after several calls to them it is stil not working. Every call you spend holding on for 20 to 30 minutes. Today they indicated the manager or supervisor will call me but they can not tell me when. The always put you thru to someone else without resolving the issue . Or the say it is not them itbis evotel. Worst choice i ever made was to obtain a contract with Mweb. They keep on deducting payments but we do not have working wifi it keeps on dropping the internet.
