Poor service

The worst service provider ever. Firstly their internet connection is very poor where I stay and when I call them to let me know, they keep on saying “please switch off your router and make it on again it should be fine”. Secondly, whey you call them you can’t get through to them, you will hold on the line for 30 min, then a consultant will say, “unfortunately there is nothing I can do” they can’t even transfer you to the manager or supervisor.

When you want to cancel their product they say you owe them money so they can’t cancel the product. Pathetic service ever. Don’t ever go for Mweb, you will regret.
