Poor service

Mweb provides zero feedback when it comes to installation. Consultant I chatted to this morning over what’sapp clearly had an attitude towards my complaints over chat and is yet to give me feedback that they said they would give . Everytime I contact them I am kept waiting for responses for hours on end and am met with disappointment when there is no information on my order. Mweb is good at passing blame to openserve but will not give me contact details for openserve customer care so I can follow up with the fibre supplier
