Poor Service

Unable to cancel and get refund for order that was placed and payed for on 12/07/2025.

Order placed on 12/07/2025 still yet to be received today 08/05/2025. When calling customer service, call gets dropped or it get placed on hold for more than 30 minutes after waiting to be serviced for 20 minutes.

Requested a confirmation email from the representative I was speaking to and got the following email: "MWEB <***> 1:16 PM (32 minutes ago) to me
