POOR SERVICE

The service is very bad, the network is disconnected and getting a hold of the agent takes more than 8 hours. I have experienced some challenges with the service, as the network tends to disconnect frequently. Additionally, I’ve found that it can take quite a long time—over eight hours—to connect with an agent. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in addressing these issues.s
