Poor service

I was kept on hold for over an hour. Mweb keeps on implementing changes at the customer's expense. Last month they sent communication that "MTN" has taken a unilateral decision to enforce a strict fair usage policy. Their network has since become extremely slow and for the past 3 days I haven't been able to stream after 5pm yet I'm still paying for the full service uncapped. This is nothing short of day light *******.
