Poor Service

I submitted an application for fibre. I was told by the agent that ALL was in order and I was sent an order number. 2 weeks later, after I had to follow up, I was told actually nothing has been done as they need a copy of my ID. no one bothered to call to inform ME and the agent told me every thing was in order. Now suddenly i failed a credit check???? This is ridiculous!!!!!!
