poor service

cannot send mail from office, but can from home. First Tech tried all settings, no joy. escalated problem. MWEB called on SUnday, to check a business email, eish. then after a week they set up a meeting for 09h00 on Monday 03/02/2025. It is 09h38 at the time posting this message, no call from their scheduele meeting!
