Poor Service

Our fibre went down on the Thursday. Mweb was called and they said they would attend to it quickly. After a couple of phone calls Mweb said they would elevate the call. They then promptly closed the case on Monday by SMS without even phoning to find out if the problem had been resolved ( which it had not) now we are still waiting and no word from MWEB. If you run a home business DO NOT USE MWEB. They are not at all reliable. Now I am at the back of the queue again trying to get fibre fixed.
