poor service

Was expecting a delivery on the 19th of september, but they couldn't give me a time. I had to cancel all my meetings for the day and they just didn't pitch. when I called them and asked them whats happening, they said the delivery guy just didnt deliver, no reason stated. so they promised a delivery this morning and I just got a call to say it won't be here this morning and I can't let my PA sign for me. This is ridiculous. So I have to waste another whole day, just waiting because they might come sometime today. I have to go to my meetings now and I only think it's fair that the courier waits for me if I'm not here when he delivers since they refuse to give me a time.
