Poor service
Good day, i have phoned to cancel my account with you. Apparently someone could not help me at the time and promised a call back within 48 hours. I recieved an sms on Saturday that someone tried to contact me(more than 48 hours after first call) and no attempt after that again. Seeing as there is no direct email address on your website nor any real effort to assist me, this will be my letter confirming cancellation and should you take any funds from my bank account again you will no longer be very fond of me.
