Poor service
After complaining about issues and ending up having to pay more to receive better connection my internet services is still pathetically slow Mweb does not do call backs which means I had to spent money on airtime too yet I’m still struggling with the internet

Thank you for taking the time to make contact with us.
The line is currently syncing at 896kbps and is showing an SNR reading of 6.5 dB.
Further line testing also provide the following diagnosis: "Possible DSL Physical-layer issue is detected.(Please check micro-filter,CPE/Router connections and indoor wiring)"
This points to a possible hardware or indoor wiring issue.
A line fault was logged for you, as a result of the call yesterday.
When you pick up the land line, do you hear a crackling or static noise on the line?
If yes, have you tested with alternate filters as yet?
The line fault in December, was closed by Telkom as you advised that you need to test your router. Have you done so already?
Please do provide us your feedback, as Telkom will charge you a call out fee if they find fault with your hardware.
