POOR SERVICE

Appalling customer service!!! Call center average waiting time is 45minutes, you get connected then they do not even provide a solution. I notified MWEB of my move from one home to the other, on the 13th September. Vumatel came to install the hardware on the 4th October, now MWEB tells me I have to wait 14 days for them to configure my account. Such an inconvenience. I have been with MWEB for over 5years now , I must say they have dropped the ball, it used to be seamless dealing with MWEB. Stay away from MWEB , opt. for other ISP if you can.
