POOR SERVICE

⭐ 1/5 This has been the WORST internet service experience I’ve ever had. I signed up with MWEB, but because they use Openserve as the provider, I’ve been stuck in a nightmare for 7 days just trying to get my account activated.

Every time I call, I wait 30–40 minutes just to get through to someone, and then all I hear is, “We’ll escalate it.” Escalate to WHERE? Because nothing ever happens! MWEB blames Openserve, Openserve does nothing, and I’m left paying for a service I can’t even use.

It feels like neither company cares about their customers at all. The delays, the excuses, the total lack of accountability — it’s beyond frustrating. For such big names in the industry, this level of service is absolutely shocking.

Sort it out, MWEB and Openserve — your customers deserve better than this nonsense!
