poor service
On the 04 May 2026 I wrote about my experience with MWeb to Hellopeter. I was assured that an agent will call me and that everything was sorted out. This is about my never-ending cancellation request. I was under the impression that my subscription was cancelled, but now I received a message stating that Due to non-payment my account will be listed with the credit bureau. I have tried phoning them, but is near impossible to get through to an agent. This is now seriously frustrating and aggravating.

We understand how frustrating this situation is, especially given your previous cancellation request and the expectation that the matter had already been resolved, only to now receive a notification regarding possible credit bureau listing. We also recognise how difficult it has been for you to get through to support, which adds to the frustration. We have submitted a follow-up with our cancellations team to urgently review your case and the status of your cancellation request. The team will investigate why the account remains active and why the recent billing and credit notification was triggered, despite your prior communication. In the meantime, we will ensure this is flagged for priority attention so the cancellation status, billing history, and any potential listing risk are reviewed together to prevent further escalation.Kind regards,
The Mweb Team
