POOR SERVICE

Do not join Mweb the service there is poor no one attends to the chat messages n calling them also is a tedious task coz it takes an hour for them to answer same as on the chats the technical department as well is hard to get hold of I don’t know who is the owner but clearly he does seem to care about his business n how it’s working. They are quick to debit but never present to answer or respond. The agents are rude on chat n not willing to assist I don’t know how they got hired in the first place someone needs to take action before they fall apart, is it even Owned by a human being, I don’t think so
