Poor service!!!!

My mother subscribed to their services and paid up her prorata, it's been 10 days yet still doesn't have any connection. When you call their call centre no one even takes your call...the password they generate to Login is so long their own portal doesn't want to accept it. We paying for service that's not rendered to us...poor service hope we can get a refund.
