Poor service

Ticket Numbers : Mweb-***4 and Evotel-137627

I am extrely frustrated and annoyed by the incompetence of the service providers. My internet has been down since the 8th of November, and no one has bothered to call and come see what the issue is. I am the one who has been making folows ups. I am in week two without connection, it is affecting my business, work as well as disrupting my kids who are studying online. As we know data doesn't come cheap in South Africa, buying daily data with the hopes that my connection will be restored. I called Evotel again this morning and spoke to a careless and *********** Gosiame who sounded like a robot telling me I am not the only one...like hell I am not, that is not what I want to hear, I need service and an explanation as to what the issue.

I need the matter resolved asap or the service cancelled
