Poor service

My goodness I’m actually repelled by the service received from Mweb. After two weeks of going back and forth regarding the delivery of the router ordered with them , I’m now told sorry we can not help . I have explained our predicament to several agent who promised to get back to me with a solution but noooo Mweb is not willing to assist. I would never recommend anyone to use this service provider .
