Poor service

I am truly passed off with mweb as I signed up and internet started work on 28 March now they suspended my line saying I terminated my account as I have not.And according to them I owe them R3700 for breaking ****rak but I did not cancel my line nothing.Tried calling them but no one awnsers been on hold for more that hour and a half.Can someone just contact me please
