Poor Sales knoweldge

It seems if sales does not no or understand their own products that they are selling. Tracy tells me that there is fibre in our Estate. I know for a fact there is no fibre as they are currently installing fibre and service will only be available in Dec 2018. Tracy in sales cannot give me an alternative to the interupted service that we are getting over the past 3 - 4 months. She is also bad mounting techincal support for putting me threw to her number. This is paphetic poor services at high prices.
