POOR SALES EXPERIENCE FROM MWEB

Trying contact MWEB sales for number of times but after waiting for 12 min, call disconnected frequently wasting my mobile airtime

I am waiting for a requested upgrade but looking at the quality of service from Sales department of MWEB, I should had moved my ISP to some other reputed companies, Mweb seemingly not interested in new or retaining old clients anymore Deeply regretting to be a MWEB client
