Poor sales attitude

Telephoned them to find out about transferring my account to a package they are offering. They took more than 20 mins to put a human on the line. This wasted R29 of airtime. They did not take my number or call me back. What kind of service is this? Do they want people's business or are they so important they don't need to treat prospective customers properly?
