Poor sales and Tech support

Poor tech support.

I have purchased an extra mailbox in Mid November 2021, I still do not see it under my profile. I have tried calling in multiple times, 80% of the time, the line drops. The other 20% can be charactirised as disinterested technical representatives.

I have logged in, none of the settings under my profile is allowing me to add a mailbox.

I cant access my control pannel to manage the various mail boxes.

Seriously considering using a different service provider
