Poor poor service! I simply need my order to be activated

I simply need my order activated! How difficult can that be. The sales order activation team I keep being transferred to is non-existent. The phone rings non stop for over 5 days. I am using my cell to contact them and I have spent over R300 trying to get hd of them. Yesterday my issue was escalated to a manager and I was told I will be called back but its the next day now no one has called at all! I simply need my order activated, no paperwork or waiting for funds to reflect. Just an ACTIVATION!
