Poor poor service from Mweb

This review should not even have a star! It should be nothing! Why are they even in business!?! 1 hour on the phone and tou cant verify it's me . Mweb has honestly downgraded. Do u only have 2 service consultants? The bank can verify me on the phone tou cannot. Then I get told use the WhatsApp line...I am still waiting 2 hours in. I honestly believe mweb is no longer worth keeping. *** if you cant sort this out I am going to cancel. Honestly loyalty means nothing.
