Poor poor service from Mweb.

I’ve been trying for weeks to get mweb to convert my business line to a personal line. My internet has now been cut off completely leaving me to hotspot from my phone for an internet connection. The activation fee was deducted from my accounts within minutes of my call to them but I have not heard from them since even though I was assured that they would assist to ensure that I did not have a period where I was left with no internet. If you have the option, do NOT use mweb!!
