Poor Poor Service

I'm so disappointed with Mweb after applying for Fibre line migration on the 24th May 2022 and still haven't received any communication from them. This was supposed to be a switch from 1 ISP to another but it has taken over 15 days with no luck. This was once a reputable company, but today I wash my hands. Every time I call to follow up, I get the same response the issue has been "escalated" no one gives you a call back to show that the issue is being looked at. No one can explain why such a simple switch would take so long. I'm not even sure if I want this service anymore if they can't even handle such a simple task. Looking at all the reviews on this platform, clearly this ISP is a joke.
