Poor poor service

Mweb has *** service because tell me why we have to run after them everytime I need to pay for their service. It’s either my airtime gets finished whiles I’m holding on the line or their website keeps refreshing and starting all over when I’m speaking to an agent. They don’t even get back to me it’s so frustrating especially if you are working from home !
