Poor poor poor service

Mweb is providing very poor service my internet is always not connecting and I called them on several occasions they kept me on hold for over an hour without anyone attending to the calls everytime you call the answering machine will tell you that you are caller number 3 but nobody will actually assist you, this is frustrating as I'm paying for service that I'm not even receiving worse I can't get assistance from them because no one want to attend to our queries.. They know very well that they have a problem with MTN instead of them being proactive and contact their clients regarding issues with MTN they avoid taking our calls..... I'm Gatvol with Mweb and their POOR service.... Someone must call me today to sort this out or lose me as you customer
