Poor, poor, poor ...

Cannot email an email service provider - really, Waiting 40min on the web chat, tried previously, never answer, 20 min with the call centre moved from 12 in line to 7th .... Totally pathetic. There service is also not very good, emails get blocked for no reason or just undelviered, cannot recommend them.
